Let's talk about breasts!
These beautiful life giving forces are subject to a lot of toxic exposure and are at risk of cancer when there is estrogen dominance. It is breast cancer awareness month, but I have been overwhelmingly concerned with the health of my breasts since I realized that constant sore breasts should not be the norm!!

1) Avoid antiperspirant!! I know!!! You will have embarrassing wet pits 🌧 but... antiperspirant prevents sweating, a natural detox method by clogging your pores with aluminum. #aluminum is absorbed through the skin, accumulates in the #lymph and interferes with #estrogen receptors. Aluminum has also been found in breast tumors. My favs are Primally Pure, Primal Pit Paste, or doTERRA Balance.

2) Let them be FREE!!! Underwire bras prevent the lymphatic flow around the breast tissue. Also #Rebounding is a great way to increase lymphatic flow.

3) Essential Oils that support healthy breast tissue: DDR Prime- powerful antioxidant, and Pink Pepper- healthy cellular immune function. Massage 2 drops of each with coconut oil into breasts. Also a great time for a self examination!!! Early detection is at the end of your fingertips.🖐

4) Nutrients to support- Chaga Mushroom, Blood Root, Brocolli Sprouts. Avoid- sugar, white flour, hormone treated meat & dairy, soy, preservatives, dyes... all cause hormonal imbalance.
